Beginning today, Monday, March 2, 2026, the City of Alamosa has begun construction on Pike Avenue. Pike Avenue will be closed from Highway 160/Main Street to First Street. Second Street will also be closed to through traffic from Pike Avenue to Blanca Avenue.

To access San Luis Valley Health Regional Medical Center during construction, use Edgemont Boulevard and 2nd Street if you are accessing from 1st Street and use Blanca Avenue if you are accessing from Highway 160/Main Street. Please reach out to us if you need additional help accessing our facility!
