Baked salmon 🐟seasoned with olive oil and cracked black pepper with brown rice 🍚, zucchini sautéed in olive oil, crunchy snap peas and butter garlic mushrooms 🧄🧈🍄 all seasoned with pink salt, black pepper and fresh lemon 🍋 juice. So much salmon and veggie goodness in one bowl!
🐟 For the salmon, place on a sheet pan over lemon slices, season with garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt and olive oil. Bake in oven or toaster oven on 400 for 12-15 minutes depending on the size of the salmon. Mine was a one-pounder or air fry in a 390-400 F preheated air fryer for 12-15 minutes.
🥒🍄 Heat olive oil in a pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat until hot. Add desired veggies (mushrooms, peas, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and zucchini would all work) season with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Add additional seasoning/herbs/spices of choice to taste if desired. Lower heat a little so the oil doesn’t get too hot and the veggies don’t burn. Occasionally give a toss with a large spoon until the veggies are lightly golden. About 7-8 minutes.

BEST VEGAN MAC & CHEESE😍🧀 made this yesterday and it turned out super cheesy, creamy and delicious🤤🤤🙌🏼 Even my boyfriend said it tastes like real mac & cheese and he’s a huge fan of the normal one😏😏 please try it out it’s fab🙏🏼⁣

Vegan mac and cheese🧀⁣
(Makes 4-5 servings)⁣
Ingredients:⁣
- 1 cup of cashews⁣
- 3 cups almond milk⁣
- 1 medium sweet potato⁣
- 1.5 tsp miso paste⁣
- 1 tbsp mustard ⁣
- 1 tsp salt⁣
- Pepper to taste⁣
- 1 tsp garlic ⁣powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric⁣
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 500 g macaroni⁣
Method:⁣
1. Soak the cashews overnight. (Or you can also boil them for like 20 mins if you’re impatient)⁣
2. Peel and cut up the sweet potato and boil it until it gets soft.⁣
3. Blend cashews, cooked sweet potato, miso paste and almond milk.⁣
4. Add mustard, salt, garlic, black pepper, garlic, turmeric and nutritional yeast to the blender and blend again until really smooth. ⁣
5. Add the cheesy sauce to a little pot and warm it up on medium heat while stirring.⁣
6. Meanwhile cook your macaroni according to the package instructions.
7. Save half a cup of pasta water (or more if you want it thinner) and add it to the sauce. ⁣
8. Mix them together and enjoy!😍

Peanut butter loaded chocolate chia parfaits😍🥜 how fancy does that sound?😏✨⁣

🌟Layers from bottom to top:⁣
🍫Dark chocolate chia pudding ⁣

The creamy vanilla chia pudding recipe is in my eBook! And the dark choc one was posted a few posts back but I’ll just put it here again👇🏻❤️⁣

Dark choc chia pudding🍫⁣
🌟Ingredients:⁣
- 30 g chia seeds⁣
- 25 g dark chocolate⁣
- 250 ml oat milk⁣
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup⁣
🌟Method:⁣
- In a small pot, warm up the oat milk with the chocolate on medium low heat until it creates a chocolate milk (make sure not to boil it!). Let it cool down for a few minutes.⁣
- In a jar, add the chia seeds, chocolate milk and maple syrup and shake well. Shake again after 5-10 mins to make sure it doesn’t get stuck to the bottom.⁣
- Leave overnight in the fridge!🌙 (at least 5 hours)

Pumpkin spice waffles with cinnamon almond butter & sautéed apples⏩
Cinnamon almond butter
Pumpkin spice paleo waffle/pancake mix
1 egg
Cinnamon
Creamer or almond milk
Honeycrisp apple
Avocado
Pomegranate seeds
DF feta crumbles
Chop up the apple and pour it into a pot with around 3 tbsp of creamer. Once softer (~3 min), coat with cooking spray and sprinkle ~ 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon on top. Sauté for 3 more minutes, once each piece is coated with cinnamon (adding more as needed).
Follow instructions for the waffle mix & also add an egg & lots of cinnamon. Grease the mini waffle maker (I used Dash brand) with coconut oil and pour in the batter and repeat until all are cooked. Smear with cinnamon almond butter and pour on the sautéed apples.
Also had a side of sliced avo, pomegranate seeds, feta, and flaky sea salt!

This Buffalo chickpea salad is spicy, crispy, creamy, and refreshing in every single bite and it’s super simple to make! Here’s how I made it:
Add some romaine lettuce 🥬 to a bowl with chopped celery, carrot 🥕 , avocado 🥑, cherry tomatoes 🍅, red onion 🧅 and crispy chili roasted chickpeas (chickpea recipe link in bio) and top with crumbled feta, blue cheese dressing, and a generous drizzle of hot sauce.

One pot creamy sausage, bacon and tarragon pasta

And the obsession with one pot meals continues 😂 we all really enjoyed this, the flavors all work together so well. 4 empty bowls and not much washing up so everyone’s happy. 🙌
Ingredients.
8 sausages (chopped)
150g diced bacon
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2tbs tarragon
1tbs tomato purée
1tbs cider vinegar
300g pasta
600ml hot chicken stock
600ml warmed semi skimmed milk.
Method.
Fry off your sausages in a large frying pan along with the bacon. Once that’s starting to brown add in the onions and cook until soft. Add in the garlic, tomato purée and the tarragon and mix in, then add in the apple cider vinegar and allow to cook for a few minutes. Add in the uncooked pasta along with the milk and the stock and give it a good mix. Cook on a medium heat for around 10 minutes stirring occasionally, then pop a lid on and cook on low for another 5-10 until the pasta is cooked through, adding more liquid if necessary. Serve and enjoy.

Mac N Cheesesteak 🧀
Mac n cheese is one of the most comforting pasta meals ever, combine that with Philli cheesesteak and it just sent it up to another level.. honestly SO incredible.
The recipe is so quick too and only took 15 minutes from start to finish.

The veggie cravings were coming on strong so a big bowl of veggies for lunch today was a must. In this bowl I have toaster oven roasted sweet potatoes, chili roasted chickpeas and sautéed garlic broccoli florets drizzled with tzatziki tahini and topped with crumbled feta and fresh parsley. It was so darn good!
🍠 For the toaster oven roasted sweet potato, peel and cut sweet potato into 1-2 inch pieces. Spread onto the baking sheet, toss with olive oil, and bake or air fry at 425 F for 15-18 minutes.
🥦 For the broccoli heat a little olive oil and/or butter in a pan. Add the broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until broccoli starts to char. Season with salt and garlic powder (or fresh garlic) and continue to sauté until the broccoli is tender. If needed add a splash of water to the hot pan to soften the broccoli if you prefer it that way.
For the chickpeas follow the same steps as the sweet potatoes but cook for 12 minutes until crispy. You can season the chickpeas as desired but you can also find the recipe for the chili roasted chickpeas with the link in my bio.
Add all the cooked veggies to a bowl, drizzle with tahini, and top with crumbled feta. I used Tzatziki tahini. Hope you’re having a great day!

Easy 10 minutes baked salmon 🐟 seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, lemon and olive oil over peppery watercress 🍃, along with two hard boiled eggs 🥚, half an avocado 🥑, cucumber 🥒, tomato 🍅 and olives. It was a super satisfying and delicious meal! I hope you’re having a good day.

Chickpea penne with shrimp⏩
INGREDIENTS
Chickpea penne
Shrimp
Mushrooms
Spinach
Pecorino Romano
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Bae seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Thaw out the shrimp. Heat 1-2 tbsp of olive oil & minced garlic on the stove then add the shrimp & seasoning. Cook for 2 min then flips for 2-3 more min on the other side. Once they’re pink, they’re cooked through!
Steam mushrooms then combine with cooked penne, a drizzle of olive oil, shrimp, and a spoonful of cheese. I do this in a pan on the stove with low heat so the cheese melts a little.
