One of the best things I’ve ever done is surround myself with other women through group fitness — whether it was boot camps or even tennis. There’s something powerful about showing up together… same goal, built-in accountability, and real connection.
Because let’s be honest — the days can feel long (and so full) when you’re raising babies. And while it’s beautiful, it can also feel isolating. You deserve time for YOU, too.
That’s exactly why I created this Stroller Bootcamp 💪
No childcare needed. No pressure. Just movement, fresh air, and community.
✨ Even have kids in school /preschool? Come anyway.
✨ Bring a friend, bring a grandma, bring whoever helps you show up.
✨ All fitness levels welcome.
This isn’t just about working out — it’s about:
