The holidays are coming around the corner and One Life Therapeutics just wants to keep our clients informed on some upcoming important dates.

Starting December 1st, we will no longer be accepting expired gift cards. In the past, we would accept any and all gift cards. To ensure that clients can find plenty of availability, going forward, we will be changing our expiration date from 6 months to one year. The only exception to this rule is, if the appointment was booked before the expiration date, then we will still honor the gift card.

Starting December 8th, we will put out our Christmas specials. The last two years we have done 20% off of all gift cards, we will not be doing that this year, but we will be offering some sort of deal.

Starting January 1st, there will be a slight price increase on majority of the services. We do not have details on all the price increases at this time. But to give clients an idea, one hour massages are $75 and they will be going up to $80. And a customized facial is $80, they will be going up to $85. We will still honor all gift cards for the value they were bought for before the price increase.

The gift card deal is available for self purchase for all clients, however redemption is only possible after January 1. New clients are required to pay a $50 deposit, which can be covered by the gift card, if any issues, they can reach out to One Life Therapeutics for assistance. Please know that if you buy a gift card online, 20% discount cannot be applied to a specific service but you can choose the amount you wish to spend, such as $75 for a one hour massage.

Due to the increased amount of no-shows and last minute cancellations, One Life Therapeutics will be updating their cancellation policy.

No-shows affect us the most because they do not give us enough time to reschedule appointments therefore resulting in lost revenue. As we do understand that things can come up, we also have financial responsibilities. We just ask for communication and consideration of our time as well. Therefore we will be updating our policies and they are listed as followed:

Policy updates:

*We currently have a four hour cancellation policy, meaning you have four hours to cancel your appointment with no penalty. We will be changing it to eight hours. If a client cancels their appointment within the eight hour time frame, they will have to put a non-refundable deposit down for their next appointment, and in the event they cancel within the eight hours again, One Life Therapeutics will keep the deposit for their missed time.

*We currently require a non-refundable $30 deposit for those who have canceled within the cancellation policy timeframe or have no showed, however, to make sure we hold clients accountable to their appointments and ensure that we can still handle our financial responsibilities, the deposits will now be $50.

*We did not require a deposit for new clients, however, due to the increased amount of new client no shows, going forward, new clients will have to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit.
