We are pleased to share exciting news! Tricia Hoelzli, RN, BSN, who has served as our Assistant Director of Nursing since 2022, has been promoted to Director of Nursing, where she will manage the nursing department staff as well as oversee the care of all residents.

Tricia brings to this role a strong combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a deep commitment to high-quality geriatric care. During her time as Assistant Director of Nursing, she has been instrumental in supporting our nursing team and ensuring excellent care for our residents. Her leadership has touched many areas of clinical operations, including wound care management, infection prevention, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education.

With extensive experience in skilled nursing settings, Tricia is known for her integrity, organization, and thoughtful approach to problem-solving. She has played a key role in policy development, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, and she is a trusted resource for staff, residents, and families. Her strong background in clinical systems and documentation further strengthens our nursing operations.

This promotion reflects Tricia’s dedication, professionalism, and the confidence we have in her ability to lead our nursing team forward. Please join us in congratulating Tricia on this well-deserved advancement. We are grateful for her continued service and leadership at Daughters of Sarah.

Pause, Look, Enjoy! John M. Bosela’s Artwork is on Display!

John works in acrylics and watercolors, embracing the unique challenges of each medium. A lifelong artist and former Albany Symphony Orchestra musician (48+ years!), his work is inspired by music, life experience, and personal moments—from a Cape Cod to a peanut-loving neighborhood squirrel.
