✅ Be ready to perform Hands-Only CPR whenever you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse, even if they are a woman. There are just two steps:

📲 1. Call 911.
❤️ 2. Push hard and fast on the center of the chest at a rate of 100-120 compressions per-minute until help arrives.

📣 Med Center Health is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2026 Summer Teen Ambassador Program. This program offers high school students a unique opportunity to explore careers in healthcare, while making a meaningful difference through volunteer service. The Teen Ambassador Program runs from June 15 – July 24.

The application is open to all high school students, including 2026 graduating seniors. Students accepted into the program will commit to volunteer a minimum of one shift per week.
