Grief Yoga® offers a gentle, compassionate space to move, breathe, and soften alongside loss. Through restorative movement, mindful breath, and intentional space-holding, this practice supports you in releasing what’s heavy while honoring what’s tender.
There is no right way to grieve here.
No expectation to explain.
Just permission to be human.
