Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💫

To everyone who has supported, followed, attended, or simply held space with me on this sound healing journey—thank you. This path has been full of lessons, some gentle and some… not so gentle. But every experience has been an invitation to reflect, realign, and grow.

I’ve learned that healing isn’t linear. That holding space for others starts with learning to hold space for myself. That not every moment will feel in tune—but perhaps those moments have something to teach us…

I’m deeply thankful for the opportunities to evolve, for the mirrors that help me to see me more clearly, and for this community that continues to show up with open hearts.

Here’s to growth, to reflection, and to continuing this journey—together 🕉️💜🙏🏻

Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and access your inner wisdom.

This immersive experience blends guided meditation and sound healing to support grounding, clarity, and a sense of inner calm. Through soothing tones and gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to connect with your higher self—the part of you that is steady, intuitive, and whole.

This event is intentionally inclusive and accessible. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome here.

An optional 420-friendly space will be available for those who choose to partake prior to the session. The main meditation space will remain clear, calm, and welcoming to all participants.
$15 per person.

Beth knows her stuff when it comes to cannabis and how it can support your fitness goals along with a healthier lifestyle. She’ll lead us in a mini yoga flow before the meditation/sound healing. Beth will also be available to chat about the amazing services she offers and answer canna related questions.
We’ll be swapping tarot and oracle card decks! Bring your gently used decks, they can find a new home and you can bring some new magical tools into your life. Bring one, swap one…bring two, swap two, and so on 🕉️
