AIM Services, Inc. is now the statewide provider of Supported Decision-Making (SDM) facilitation in New York (Supported Decision Making New York), expanding access to person-centered support across the state. This is a meaningful step forward in empowering individuals to make their own informed decisions and live more independently.

From getting help with housing to managing meds and benefits, New Yorkers with disabilities say a new supported decision-making program and independent living services are helping them make their own choices and live more independently across the state.
