Praying over your food goes much deeper than just giving thanks to God. You are a bioelectrical battery. Your body needs charging and your words hold vibrational power. Words rearranged is sword. So your words have power. When you speak over your food, you are raising the vibration of the food before you put it into your temple. But also you will notice that the people in this picture are holding hands. This is because when our energy is linked the vibration of the words spoken over your food becomes more intent and more higher in its vibration. Like linking several batteries together, the power becomes stronger. Remember illness is a vibration. If you vibrate low enough, you will match the vibration of illness. Those who have mastered their consciousness, and vibrate higher...you will notice....never get sick.
