Because yoga is just the beginning. 💚

Our upcoming yoga training goes far beyond the poses. It’s about understanding how your nervous system works, how breath affects every cell, why energy matters, and how meditation can be short, simple and powerful.

I designed this training because I want people to feel calm, strong, balanced and connected… and confident in their own bodies. I want you to know how easy it is to build strength…one small step at a time and how good it feels to sleep better, move better, and feel more like yourself again.

Modern wellness isn’t about doing more. It’s about understanding what actually works. We see these transformations happen every single day at the studio. 💚

That’s why our training includes yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation, reiki, Tonal strength, qi gong, red light, sauna, and more. This isn’t just yoga training.

We didn’t become yoga teachers because we were into fitness. We became yoga teachers because this practice made us calmer, stronger, more balanced, and connected, more energized. More ourselves. More comfortable in life.

It made us more curious. More creative. And yes, it’s made us stronger… Strong enough to question everything and open enough to go with the flow. It gave us the skills and tools in the ability to embrace uncertainty and change, and in some cases even welcome it for what it truly is… A new beginning. A new path. A new way of living. The fitness benefit was simply a side effect. 😉

Yoga isn’t just about the poses. It’s about broth. It’s about the nervous system, our mindset, purpose, peace, and practice. And training is how you consistently evolve in every area.

Our Story

Love Yoga Studios offer yoga and meditation classes for all levels and every body. These classes create opportunities for self discovery, transformation and connection. We offer Guided Meditation classes and workshops for a deeper inward focus.

We also coordinate LoveStrong Adventures as a way to connect outside the studio, in nature. These are mostly moderate level local hikes and some within a few hours from the studio.
