Beauty on my evening walks. I recently learned about intentional photography as a form of mindfulness. I’ve been doing this for a while but I love reading about the mental health benefits I was getting without even realizing it. Now, I don’t rush the photos. They are a practice of gratitude and an appreciation of the land spirits. I see the eyes of the birch trees and the sky embrace of mother oak. The magnolia trees are like a kiss from my grandfather every time I pass one and when they bloom their scent wells my eyes with saline joy. I hope these bring you some joy too 💗
