At St. Peter's Nursing & Rehab Center, we have a wonderful team that works together, from our compassionate nurses and aides, to other staff, like Demetria Moshimer, accounts receivable manager for our Residential Services Division. During this Financial and Accounting Week Sept. 23-27, we celebrate Demetria who works hard behind-the-scenes to ensure that everything financial well cared for. Demetria, thank you for all you do behind the scenes every day!

"I love caring for our residents and collaborating with my colleagues to provide excellent care," says Maura. "It is a very special time of life for many of our residents and families. It is wonderful to know that I can be a part of their healing process and give them a team of health professionals to help them live their lives to their fullest!" Nutrition is one of the most important aspects in keeping seniors healthy and well! Meet Diana Futia, CDN, clinical dietitian for both St. Peter's Nursing & Rehab Center and Our Lady of Mercy Life Center. Diana has worked in the system for the past 25 years! "I have stayed so long because I truly believe both (nursing homes) provide great care and care about the wellbeing of their residents and staff!" On behalf of both homes, thank you taking such wonderful care of our beloved residents, Diana! Congratulations! ❤

Here at St. Peter's Nursing & Rehab, our staff are among our greatest assets, like Alina Lee, RN, who has been with the system for 21 years! Alina is laser focused always using her strengths to elicit positive patient outcomes. She was a big part of the reopening of our West Unit to extend our rehab services. Alina also uses her knowledge and expertise to mentor new staff! Oh, and if that's not enough, she was recently named one of our DAISY Award nominees! She has spent nearly FOUR DECADES providing love and care to our beloved residents. Meet Andrea Howe, a CNA here at St. Peter's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Andrea loves her work so much that she is marking more than 39 years and 8 months here! Andrea says she loves walking and talking with residents and helping them "to be as strong as they can be!" We recognize our dedicated aides and all they do to care for our residents, aides like Natasha Moore, who loves her job so much that she's been at it for nearly 15 years. Natasha was first inspired to become an aide after she began caring for her grandmother, who with Natasha’s loving care, lived to be 105 years old! To Natasha and ALL our wonderful aides, thank you for the quality care and unwavering love you provide to our residents and families every day of the year! ❤
