Mid-Valley Chiropractic LLP was founded in 1987 as Mid Valley Chiropractic Clinic, by Dr. David Aptecker and his wife as an all inclusive family clinic. The needs of our patients have always been first, and we are proud today to continue that legacy. Dr. Marisa Aptecker graduated with a BS in Human Biology from the University of Western States in 2013, and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2015, also from the prestigious University of Western States. She practiced for one year in downtown Portland, working with the underserved community and urban homeless youth populations. She began working at Mid-Valley Chiropractic LLP in 2015 and specializes in auto injury, chronic pain, peri and postnatal management and pediatrics. In her free time she enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, painting and recreational distance running. Dr. Gabriel Wilson also graduated with a BS in Human Biology from the University of Western States in 2014. He completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2016 at the University of Western States. Dr. Wilson practiced at four area clinics around the Portland metro, gaining diverse and important insight into the needs of different patient populations. Dr. Wilson's passions include chronic and occupational pain management with a focus on pain from manual and work related labor. His goal is to be able to help as many people as possible avoid work-related pain, and to restore to health those that suffer from work-related pain. In his free time Dr. Wilson enjoys hiking, reading and surfing the chilly Oregon Coast.

After an unprecedented six days without phone or internet service, we’re happy to share that everything is finally back up and running.

Our team is actively working through our backlog of patients. If you need to reach us, please call the office — and if we’re unable to answer right away, leave a voicemail and we will get back to you. We have live staff in the office responding as quickly as possible.

✨ We do still have a limited number of appointments available before the end of the year, as deductibles reset soon — but those spots are filling quickly, so we encourage you to call early if you’d like to be seen.

Internet & Phone Outage Update

We want to keep our patients and community informed:

Due to the recent storm, we lost internet service at our office two days ago. While service has been restored in much of the local area, our office connection has not yet been restored. Because our landline phone system is internet-based, our phones are unfortunately down as well.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption this has caused and understand how frustrating it is to be unable to reach us by phone. Please know that we are actively and assertively working with our service provider to get everything back online as quickly as possible. While the response time has been slower than we would expect or hope for, we are continuing to escalate the issue until it is resolved.
