30 years on ski patrol—nothing was going to stop him!

Patrick O. has dedicated his life to skiing, from teaching and patrolling to chasing powder out west every year. But heel pain from Haglund's deformity and Achilles tendon issues threatened to end it all.

After surgery with Dr. Andrew Rosenbaum, Patrick went from barely walking in ski boots to hiking five Catskill fire tower peaks in one month—including a 6.3-mile trek with over 2,000 feet of elevation gain.
