As reported by Newsday, The state’s investigation into an unlicensed provider underscores why licensed home care agencies are so critical to client safety and caregiver protection.

HCP’s CEO/President Kevin Thomas responded to the news, noting:

“The allegations against Friends For Life are the kind of situation that we dread.”
