Dear friends of Metta,

Although we do not have a cancellation policy, like almost every other businesses, please note that we are a small business and are dependent on our customers keeping their appointments.
If a customer does not show or call to let us know ahead of time, it takes a spot from someone else we could be helping.
Therefore, we have a policy that if someone does not show and call in for three times, they will need to pay ahead of their appointments going forward. That payment will not be refundable.
