We’re proud to celebrate Enhanced Cardiac Rehab Week and the incredible patients who inspire us every day. ❤️

Our enhanced cardiac rehab program is about so much more than recovery, it’s about empowerment. We’re here to walk alongside our patients as they rebuild strength, regain confidence, and rediscover what their bodies are capable of after a cardiac event. Through personalized care, education, and ongoing support, we help give them the tools and resources they need for lasting heart health and a healthier future.

Every step forward matters, and we’re honored to be part of each patient’s journey toward feeling stronger, safer, and more confident in their heart health.

We’re hiring! 🧪 Capital Cardiology Associates is looking for a full-time Licensed Clinical Lab Technologist to join our Blood Processing Lab team. If you’re detail-oriented, love working independently, and want to be part of a fast-paced physician office lab, this could be your next move.

You’ll support our busy POL in Albany and Clifton Park, performing automated hematology and chemistry testing with minimal manual work—and yes, no phlebotomy required. Our lab runs Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, giving you a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.

We’re seeking a NYS-licensed Clinical Lab Technologist with a BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biology, or Chemistry and at least two years of recent clinical lab experience. Familiarity with systems like Sysmex, Dimension EXL, Beckman, iSTAT, or Schuylab is a plus, but most important is your accuracy, focus, and ability to work confidently on your own.

Compensation ranges from $34–$43 per hour, based on experience, and comes with a strong benefits package that includes paid time off and holidays, health and dental coverage, flexible spending options, generous 401(k) contributions, voluntary supplemental benefits, and tuition reimbursement.

At Capital Cardiology Associates, we’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and an E-Verify participant, committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people can grow and thrive.

Ready to bring your skills to a team that values your time and expertise? Apply today and let’s build something great together. 💙
