Hey Acro Community! 🤸‍♂️✨ We’re SO excited to be teaming up with Heidi & Jim for a full weekend dedicated to Advanced Foundations in Standing Acrobatics & Handbalancing this January 18–19!

This immersive weekend is open to everyone, but is especially geared toward hand balancers and movers with a strong movement background who are ready to deepen their standing acro practice. Expect thoughtful progressions, creative drills, partner calibration, and plenty of time to integrate and play during evening jams.

If you love pushing your physical limits while training with an inspired, supportive community - this one’s for you.

Studios Earth, Air and Fire, provide the ultimate yogic experience unique to YOU and your practice. Get grounded in Studio Earth with traditional mat and exercise classes or bring flight into your practice in Studio Air and Studio Fire! Offering diverse classes for all interests and body types, we have Aerial Yoga, Bungee Fitness, Aerial Silks, Aerial Dance, Lyra Hoop, Cirque Performances, Kids Aerial, TRX, HIIT, Barre, strengthening classes & more--all available to you at a friendly and safe space!

Each class is taught by our eclectic group of top-notch, trained and compassionate instructors. Whether you’re a total beginner or an advanced yogi, you’ll find classes of all levels and skills to suit your needs.
