COMPREHENSIVE PILATES MAT TRAINING begins JANUARY 30TH
This course qualifies participants to teach Classical Beginner & Intermediate level Mat classes for both small groups and individuals. Upon completion, participants will understand how to effectively teach clients with back issues and osteoporosis.
