Today I had the pleasure of spending time at a local credit union branch that invests in its people by offering annual CPR and AED training. What an incredible benefit for their team.

On Friday, October 10, I will be hosting a CPR/AED/FA class in Albany, offering options for adult and pediatric or just adult classes. If you are interested in attending, reach out. Typically, this class is listed on the Red Cross website for $125 for adult/pediatric or $105 for adult only. However, by signing up directly through me, you will receive a $15 discount.
