Our services are driven by research and offer unique opportunities to explore and improve self-awareness. We meet you where you are on this journey, offering nature based activities and

equine services in a relaxed, non-judgmental, friendly environment to meet your personal goals: your intention becomes ours! The elements of our signature "C Within" Model Principles are utilized as appropriate for the equine facilitated services: Centered Breathing and Grounding, Connection through the Heart, Clear Communication, Compassionate Leadership and Cognizant Appreciation.

Accepting clients age 12 and up:

Our counseling intern, Kenna Hambel, is accepting new clients! Kenna provides nature-based, walk and talk therapy services for those who seek exploration and freedom of movement in their sessions. She also provides EMDR for the treatment of trauma, phobias, anxiety, and depression as she works to complete her EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training.

In 2006, Natural Freedom opened for equine facilitated learning. In 2008, Natural Freedom was established as a LLC company. In 2009, we started a pilot program with formally known as Tri-County Mental Health and Counseling, currently known as Hopewell Health Centers. Natural Freedom became a PATH International Member Center in 2012. Natural Freedom is a family owned and operated business with husband wife team, Pam and Robert Jeffers. It was through their own trial and tribulations that they have learned the enormous impact that horses and nature have to offer in terms of learning, growing and healing throughout life’s journey.
