Chipotle Chicken Fajita Bowl
~45–50g protein
Ingredients
• 7 oz chicken breast
• Bell peppers + onions (sautéed)
• ¾ cup cooked brown rice
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (swap for sour cream)
• Chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic
How to make
1. Season chicken with chipotle + paprika; cook.
2. Sauté peppers/onions in a hot pan.
3. Build bowl: rice → veggies → chicken.
4. Top with Greek yogurt + squeeze of lime.
