Winter can be tough. Shorter days, colder weather, and changes in routine can all affect how we feel.

If you’ve been feeling more tired, unmotivated, or down lately, you’re not alone. Seasonal depression is real and it’s okay to talk about it.

Small steps can help:
• Move your body when you can
• Stay connected with people you trust
• Keep a simple routine
• Do something that brings you comfort
• Be gentle with yourself

Take things one day at a time. And remember, support is always within reach 💙

Tonight, our nutrition education clients joined a class all about added sugars — and to celebrate the season, we had a holiday cookie swap 🍪!

To help balance the sweet treats, everyone also received a toothbrush as a gift 🪥💙. It was a fun, hands-on way to learn about healthy choices while connecting with one another and spreading a little holiday cheer!

Part of their team joined us in our Albany office yesterday to help with our weekly Food Pantry—unloading items, stocking shelves, and ensuring our clients had what they needed.

We’re so grateful for community partners who show up, support our mission, and stand with us in serving people living with or at risk for HIV across our region.
