There’s something deeply healing about practices that invite us back into the heart — not to fix it, but to tend to it with care.
In this beginner-friendly Qi Gong workshop, Cat Capowski will guide us through a heart-centered practice designed to cultivate self-compassion, inner peace, and emotional healing. Rooted in the wisdom of Qi Gong, this experience blends gentle movement, breath, intention, and flow to help release emotional tension and restore balance to your energy.
This workshop will include:
• Warm-up sequences to release stagnant or heavy Qi
• A Qi Gong form supporting the heart and heart protector (pericardium)
• Breathwork and acupressure points to nourish the heart and lung meridians
• A closing yin yoga sequence to gently open the heart center while grounding the body in deep relaxation
This is a practice of remembering that self-love is not indulgent — it’s essential. When we care for our own vitality, we allow energy to move more freely and support both body and spirit.
