Dale brings empathy, wisdom, and authenticity to every session, helping clients navigate life's most challenging moments with grace and resilience. We are incredibly grateful for her continued presence and light she brings to work every day.

Get to know more about Dale in her own words below.

My journey at Journey began in January 2018. I believe every person has a story to share that is unique to them, whether they’re a child, teen, or adult. I want to assist each person who enters Journey through their story with emotional and mental healing as an individual, a couple, or a family. My goal is to create a safe and secure space with no judgment, a place where it is safe to share their story through talk therapy and best practice and evidenced based treatment by learning and implementing coping skills, strategies, and interventions. My time at Journey has helped me grow as a therapist, working with a great team of psychologists, counselors/therapists, and administrative assistants.

Since 2015, Mandy has been an integral part of the Journey team, dedicating a decade of her life to empowering others and fostering profound change. Her empathetic approach and deep understanding have made a significant difference in the lives of so many of our clients. It is truly an honor to have her with us.

We asked Mandy to share a little about her JOURNEY and passion. Read her bio below.

I graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2010. I have experience working with high risk children in an intensive family intervention program as well as within the foster care system in collaboration with case workers and families. I enjoy helping clients in identifying personal goals and working through change in their own way, all while understanding that change and healing is a process that can be achieved through support and collaboration.

Journey is excited to be back in the office seeing clients. We are taking new measures to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We are cleaning between clients, wearing masks, and have put up barriers in most offices. We are asking our clients to call when they arrive, stay in your car until your therapist comes to get you, wear a mask, and cancel your appointment if you are sick. Expect to have your temperature taken and use hand sanitizer when you arrive. Telehealth appointments are still available upon request.

This is a stressful time for so many people, in so many different ways. Journey is here to help! We are available for counseling and psychological testing. We are working hard to ensure the safety of our clients and staff by telehealth sessions, cleaning between clients, and other methods recommended by the CDC.
