MEDITATION~~

By escaping into the silence of meditation and tapping into your Higher Self/Sakhu Sheti, you may realize that in the ocean of life, you're only a drop, but may feel the Presence and Power of your Higher Self/Sakhu. You may continue to realize the beauty of this reality as the Consciousness and the Spirit permeate upon all planes of your MIND/SAKHU.

Know that the Power of Spirit as it manifests through your mind and permeate your body and brings health, strength, and life to render it a more fitting Temple of the Spirit.

Raise up this body from the lower vibrations of the lower planes to the higher vibrations of the Spiritual Mind. Give this body, through the MIND that energizes it, the Peace, Strength, and Life, that is it is by virtue of its BEING.

Know that All-Life flow in thy essence through this process, re-vivifying and enlivening it; and by virtue of your eternal Birthright from your Higher Self/Sakhu/God.

Remember, there is no magic in mere words - and no one has any proprietary right to any special words. The words are free to you, and to all - and the virtue thereof lies in the THOUGHT and REALIZATION back of the WORDS. Words come, go, and change, but THOUGHT and REALIZATION which express them is ETERNAL...

I recognize that my SELF is greater than it seems~that above and below consciousness are planes of mind~ that just as there are lower planes of mind which belong to my past experience in ages past and over which I must assert my MASTERY, so are there planes of Mind into which I AM unfolding gradually, which will bring me WISDOM, POWER AND JOY. Moving into my Higher~Self.

OUR JOURNEY HOME ~

In order to perceive our "Higher Self/Sakhu/Absolute, we must become one with our Higher Self. This is the essence of our journey home. The experience of our Higher Self, our divine nature will provide us a state of Supreme Peace (Hetep).

We will have completed a circuit (come full circle) from Amen which is the "hidden" reality from where all human Souls come to Earth (Geb), the "manifest" physical reality and then back to AMEN/SAKHU.
The true way to know your SAKHU is by looking WITHIN through the practice of MEDITATION because our deepest Self is found in our SAKHU/GOD. Kemetic Wisdom

There is nothing so fascinating as the history of your own Development. You will witness that it is the development of your personality which makes life interesting. Observe! Stand aside, as it were, and check out thy personality as though it were a thing apart from your body.

Study the wayward thoughts, the fleeting desires. Amazing! How transient are the things are yesterday's experience. A decade or hundreds of thousand of years from now, will what you do/think now matters? Yes! Therefore, focus on the Spirit ~ Meditate on your Higher Self/Sakhu. Busy yourself with Self-Improvement. Discipline is what is required. March forward and realize the love and blessings are Ever with Thee.

KNOWLEDGE OF SELF ~

Whenever you do anything, do it with your whole heart concentrated on it. Think day and night, "I am of the Essence of that Supreme Existence-Knowledge-Bliss. I have no fear and/or anxiety. This Body, Mind, and Intellect are all transient, and that which is beyond these is my Higher Self/Sakhu.

Think always, "I AM EVER-DIVINE, EVER-KNOWING, EVER-FREE, how can I do anything that is not in my best interest. If you continuously strengthen the Mind with such THOUGHTS, you will stay connected with your DIVINE SELF/SAKHU.

REMEMBER, MEDITATION IS ABOUT LIBERATION!!!
