We are aware of a recent incident involving a client from our day program, which has deeply affected our Covenant family. We are taking every step to support the client and their family.

At Covenant, the safety and dignity of those we serve are our top priorities. We are reviewing our internal protocols and reinforcing staff training to ensure such incidents are never repeated.
