Tobi Utz is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) by the Minnesota and Missouri Board of Medical Practice. She graduated from Northwestern Health Science University in Bloomington, MN with a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine (Ma.C.M.) and is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.
