Every body tells a different story no two people hold tension, stress, or emotion the same way. That’s why a session with Restorative Touch Massage isn’t a one-size-fits-all session.
I listen to what your body is asking for that day and use the techniques that best support your healing in the moment, always working within your comfort level.
Your session will have a base of Swedish massage and may include hot stones, stretching, facial, foot, or scalp massage as well as gentle lymphatic support or pin-and-stretch techniques depending on what your body needs and or what you want that day.
My goal is to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore balance inside and out.
I believe every client deserves to be treated individually with care, respect, and presence and to be met exactly where they are that day. You don’t have to decide what to include ahead of time; your session naturally adapts to your body’s needs and what you want in the moment.
!!No communication is too much or too little!!!
Never feel like you can’t speak up or aren’t speaking enough. This is your time, your healing, and your space. I’m here to listen and support you in whatever way your body and mind need that day.
