🧠 Most people don’t realize their shoulder blade is meant to move freely on the rib cage not stay glued down and stiff.

In this video, I’m demonstrating scapular separation (freeing the scapula from the rib cage), also known as improving scapular gliding at the scapulothoracic joint.

Why does this matter?

When the scapula can move independently, you:
✔️ Increase shoulder range of motion
✔️ Reduce chronic neck and mid-back tension
✔️ Improve posture
✔️ Decrease injury risk
✔️ Create smoother, stronger overhead movement

A “stuck” shoulder blade forces the neck and upper traps to overwork. Restoring proper glide allows the shoulder to function the way it was designed to.

Healthy shoulders aren’t just about stretching, they’re about restoring movement where movement is supposed to happen.

A hydraulic table allows the height to be adjusted smoothly and quietly, making it easier and safer for clients to get on and off the table. This is especially beneficial for:

• Weight capacity to hold up to 500 lbs
