Wow, that's a BiG question 🤔

Well, The Wellness Shop is the Best Kept Secret❣️

For those that may not of ever heard of The Wellness Shop, they have been in business since 1985, can you believe it? Well, I sure didn't! I was on an event just like this one and was introduced to this well known company. Boy, am I ever so grateful!

I was diagnosed with Covid on December 23rd, 2022, and was home the following week and happened to see these products and what the difference is between their products compared to items purchased locally.

I really never paid much attention to all the items that I use everyday that are so harmful to my health.

With being so sick, I made it my New Year's resolution to get healthy for me and my family.

Once I joined, I knew I needed to share this with all my friends and family!!

This week you will learn some amazing things about everyday items use throughout your household. I hope that you find it as interesting as I did❗️

People say that they don't have money for a membership to The Wellness Shop 🫢

Who doesn't clean their house, eat snacks, take vitamins, use banaids or other medicine, need fiber, wash their hands, clothes, have children ??

The Wellness Shop has everything you use daily, it's just a matter of switching over what you currently use to something that is non toxic and safe for your family. There should be NO extra burden of money because you already do this Everyday ❗️

What are the benefits of Omega-3?

Omega-3 has been shown to help prevent heart disease and stroke, helps control lupus, eczema, and rheumatoid arthritis, and may play protective roles in cancer and other conditions.

There is strong evidence that Omega-3 fatty acids can significantly reduce blood triglyceride levels.

There also appears to be a slight improvement in high density lipoprotein (HDL,- good) cholesterol.

Researchers have also suggested it may be related to their effects on serotonin and serotonin receptors in the brain. Others have proposed that Omega-3 from fish oil could improve depressive symptoms through anti-inflammatory effects.
