Why do we workout? For me, it’s a feeling. An inside ‘blah’ feeling. When I’m not taking care of myself I don’t feel my best. And that’s when that feeling happens. But when I’m a stronger, more fit version of myself, I feel better, I can do more things, and I feel WAY more confident in myself. 👏🏻 (I’m also a way better mom)
And that’s what matters, how I feel about myself and how I show up for my husband and our two girls. This is why I started Move With Adele and now in person workout events. 🥳 Every time I finish a workout and feel strong, sweaty, and good.. I tell myself, more people need to know about this feeling. This feeling that literally helps our bodies in so many ways. Working out not only makes us stronger but it helps us reduce our stress, connect our mind to our body, and can even increase our happiness. Add in a group of people doing it alongside you? 100 times even better.
You have strength inside of you.. sometimes all it takes is showing up for yourself and telling yourself you can. Watch how your world can change with movement!
