The Arc Noble County Foundations The mission of the Arc Noble County Foundations is to support individuals with disabilities in Northeast Indiana to maximize their abilities to succeed.

Serving individuals with disabilities in Noble and surrounding counties with two locations - work services in Albion and the CLC in Kendallville.

🚨Help us bring greater inclusion to everyday shopping experiences!!🚨

Have you seen a Caroline's Cart in a store near you?! They are available at major retailers like Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, Wegmans, and many Publix, Food Lion, and Kroger stores.

This cart allows children and adults with disabilities to shop comfortably - a simple tool that transforms a routine activity into an inclusive one.

We want to help bring them to more stores in our area! If you are, or know, someone in management that could help to make this initiative become a reality in our community, please contact Jalyssa the store management contact information.
