We will be selling bouquets the week of March 9-13 Orleans Community Health - Medina Memorial Hospital & Lee-Whedon Memorial Library

We need help with the following shifts:
MONDAY:
Library 10-1 (need 2 people)
Hospital 1-4 (1 person)

WEDNESDAY:
Library 10-1 (1 person)
Hospital 10-1 (2 people)

THURSDAY:
Library 10-1 (1 person)

We really need your help! Our bouquet sale is only a month away and we need volunteers!

We are looking for volunteers to sell bouquets at Orleans Community Health - Medina Memorial Hospital and Lee-Whedon Memorial Library March 9-13th. We have time slots available 10-1 or 1-4.

Also, we can NEVER have enough delivery drivers, if you're willing to do that- we'd appreciate that too!

Calling all crafters, coffee lovers, and kindness-spreaders! It’s time to kick off our very first Project for Patients event, and we want YOU to be part of the magic. 🎨✨

We’re gathering to hand-make beautiful, heartfelt Valentines for local patients who could use a little extra sunshine. Whether you’re a DIY pro or haven’t touched a glue stick since grade school, your heart is the only requirement!

When: Tomorrow, February 4th

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

The Hospice of Orleans Annual Spring Bouquet Sale is officially back, and it’s the perfect way to welcome the season while giving back to our community. Every bouquet purchased helps Hospice continue providing compassionate care and support to local families when they need it most.

✨ BIG REVEAL: Introducing Projects for Patients! ✨

We are beyond excited to announce a brand-new initiative at Hospice of Orleans that is all about connection, creativity, and community heart. 🧡

Projects for Patients was born out of a desire to wrap our patients and their families in even more love and support. But we aren’t doing it alone—we’re coming to YOU to help make the magic happen!

🎨 What is Projects for Patients?
We’re hitting the road! this year, we’ll be rotating through different locations across the entire county, setting up creative stations where community members (that’s you!) can stop by and get hands-on.

Whether it’s crafting a keepsake, assembling a comfort kit, or creating a token of encouragement, everything made during these events will go directly into the hands of a patient or family member currently enrolled in our hospice services.

🌟 Why we’re doing this:
To Encourage: We want our families to feel the tangible support of their neighbors.

To Connect: This is a beautiful way for you to learn more about the Hospice mission and how we celebrate life every day.

To Create: There is power in something handmade with love.

📍 Where will we be?
Keep your eyes peeled on our page! Our first "Project Stop" is Risen Cafe on 2/4, where we will be making homemade Valentines. We can’t wait to see our community come together to help!
