Orleans Community Health and Albion Healthcare Center are supported by the Orleans Community Health Foundation to make cancer screenings more accessible.

The Albion Healthcare Center offers comprehensive care for patients of all ages and is located right in Albion, NY. The center provides walk-in services for non-emergency medical needs (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 9 am – 4 pm, Wednesday from 9 am – 1 pm, and Saturday from 8 am – 12 pm).

In addition to walk-in care, the center offers primary care for all ages including family medicine and pediatric care, as well as on-site laboratory services and X-ray imaging without an appointment, and physical therapy and other rehabilitation services to support recovery and wellness.

The Albion Healthcare Center will be closed, tomorrow, January 24.

As we know, the Governor has declared a State of Emergency for the entire state. With snow already falling and freezing temperatures, now is the time to prepare!

Here are five initial steps you can take before things get worse:
1. Continue to monitor weather forecasts and alerts from trusted local sources.
2. Prepare an emergency kit with water, nonperishable food, medications, flashlights, batteries, and a phone charger.
3. Keep your vehicle’s gas tank at least half full and store blankets, a shovel, and jumper cables in your car.
4. Insulate exposed pipes and allow faucets to drip slightly to prevent freezing.
5. Check heating systems, fireplaces, and carbon monoxide detectors to ensure proper operation.
