🌿 Welcome to Connect & Become Counseling, LLC 🌿
My name is Lynne Webster, LMHP, and I am excited to announce the launch of my part-time private practice. At Connect & Become Counseling, LLC I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services for individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and connection.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TI-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, among other modalities, allowing me to tailor treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of each client I work with.
With over 20 years of experience in education and mental health, my practice is rooted in building strong therapeutic relationships, fostering self-awareness, and equipping clients with effective coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
In-person and telehealth sessions are available to best meet the needs of clients. I am currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.
