🍂 Simple Fall Weeknight Dinner: Broccoli Beef 🥦🥢Served over white rice.
Thin-sliced lean beef + fresh broccoli + fresh ginger & fresh garlic in a glossy, umami sauce you can whisk together in seconds.
Recipe: 1 lb lean beef (thin-sliced), 4 C fresh broccoli, 2 T fresh ginger, 4 garlic cloves, Sauce: 1/2 C hot water, 6 T soy sauce, 2 T sesame oil, 2 T brown sugar, 2 T cornstarch.
Sear beef, add aromatics, toss in broccoli, pour in sauce, simmer until thick and shiny. Serve over rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice. Optional: chili flakes + sesame seeds.

• Protein & iron (beef): supports steady energy, muscle repair, and oxygen transport.
• Broccoli: vitamin C & K, folate, and fiber for immune support and gut health.
• Ginger & garlic: antioxidant-rich and digestion-friendly.

Crispy sourdough + creamy avocado + a little heat + microgreens + just-picked tomatoes = simple, nourishing, so satisfying.
