Reset Your Natural Rhythm
As the time change approaches, even small habits can make it easier for your body to adjust.
Things like late-night scrolling, caffeine too late in the day, and bright lights at night can quietly disrupt your natural sleep rhythm.
The good news is you don’t have to overhaul everything.
Small shifts can help support your body’s internal clock:
☀️ Get morning sunlight
📱 Put your phone down a little earlier
🍵 Switch to green tea after lunch
💡 Dim lights in the evening
🍷 If you enjoy wine, have it earlier in the evening
💤Go to bed 30 minutes earlier tonight and 1 hour earlier tomorrow.
Your body runs on rhythm — not the clock.
Even a few small changes can help you sleep better and adjust more smoothly to the time change.

Spring Shift Series: Reset Your Rhythm

Thursday Thoughts 🌍🌿
The Earth keeps perfect time.
The sun rises.
Light fades.
Night returns.
Long before alarms and schedules, humans lived in rhythm with these natural cycles.
Our bodies still do.
Sleep, hormones, energy, and mood are all guided by an internal clock that responds to light and darkness. That’s why even a one-hour shift during daylight savings can temporarily throw things off while the body recalibrates.
The same things that guide the Earth’s rhythm can guide us back:
☀️ Morning sunlight
🌿 Fresh air
🚶 Movement
🌙 Consistent sleep
Sometimes the best reset isn’t doing more.
It’s returning to the rhythm of the Earth.
