This ruck is open to everyone and completely FREE to participate. No membership required — just show up.
We especially welcome:

• Community Supporters
• Members of The Phoenix sober active community
Whether you bring a ruck, a backpack with weight, or just yourself, you belong here. The goal isn’t speed or distance — it’s showing up and moving together.
