NEW CLASS ALERT: CORE & SWEAT — Thursdays at 4:30 & 5:30 PM
BFit505 fam, we’re adding a brand-new Thursday evening class to help you build a STRONGER foundation, move with more confidence, and finish the week feeling unstoppable.
Introducing: CORE & SWEAT
A 45–60 minute session focused on core stability, conditioning, and functional movement… perfect for every athlete, every level, every goal.
