The Phoenix Program at BFit505 is a recovery-informed, community-powered fitness space that is open to everyone. Whether you are in addiction recovery, living a sober lifestyle, a family member or friend (ally), or a community advocate who believes in movement as healing—you belong here.

This program centers connection, consistency, and strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally—in a judgment-free, supportive environment.

BFit505 fam, we’re adding a brand-new Thursday evening class to help you build a STRONGER foundation, move with more confidence, and finish the week feeling unstoppable.
Introducing: CORE & SWEAT
A 45–60 minute session focused on core stability, conditioning, and functional movement… perfect for every athlete, every level, every goal.
Why this class matters (in life and CrossFit):

Strong core = better posture, reduced back pain, easier lifting/carrying, and more stability in daily movements.
