The next free monthly sound bath series at Cathedral of St John Albuquerque (318 Silver Ave. SW) will be on Monday, May 4 - 6:30pm (coming up faster)

This Free secular event is held on the first Monday of every month (holidays may affect schedule) and offers a wonderful way to experience the sound bath and sound healing experience in a serene and contemplative atmosphere with excellent acoustics. So, bring friends and family for a meditative and wonderfully relaxing gathering to slow the rush, escape the routine, and shut out the noise for a moment of peace and calm, unity, and to simply be present together! Sometimes we all need to unplug to recharge! We look forward to welcoming you at St. Johns every month. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Located downtown at 318 Silver Ave. SW (Silver & 3rd). Parking and entrance on East side. Extra parking available on street and in adjoining lot to South -accessed from Lead Ave. Please arrive early. There is always plenty of seating available but you're also welcome to bring a mat or comforter, small pillow, light blanket, etc. per your comfort to lie down or get most comfortable. Arrive early to locate a spot! Please avoid strong fragrances, and kindly NO cameras/recording during the session. Thank You!

We are always thrilled to join Romy Keegan, old friends and new, and guests at this very special location -which is as alive and vibrant as those who gather there!
