If this is your first time at Studio Sway, it can be hard to find.
Please come a little early and see specific location/parking below.
1100 San Mateo Blvd. NE - Suite 32 - Lower Level
NE corner of S. Mateo & Lomas (ACE shopping complex)

Lower-level parking can be accessed from South (Lomas) side.
-or-
Street level parking is widely available (near Blissful Spirits & other businesses) - Use outdoor stairs/elevator within the complex to access lower level.

Sway is centrally located, across courtyard from lower-level parking and across from Quarter Celtic pub.
Look for event sign.

*And please bring yoga mat (comforter or sleeping pad) and small pillow. Light blanket also recommended. Eye masks will be provided. As always, please avoid strong fragrances. Thank you!

Bring friends and family -and your best intentions for the year ahead 🕊️ and join Douglas in creating a contemplative and meditative pause, breath, and presence, together. The Cathedral of St. John is located at 318 Silver Ave. SW (Silver and 3rd). Parking and entrance on East side. Parking also available on street and in adjacent lot South (from Lead). Feel free to bring a yoga mat or comforter, small pillow, etc. Arrive a little early to get comfortable. Avoid strong fragrances and please no filming during the session. Thank You!

As we wish everyone continued cheer and togetherness through the holidays into 2026, plan now on joining Douglas and Lotus Sound Bath at the first free sound bath series at the Cathedral of St. John in the new year! Monday, January 5 at 6:30pm (318 Silver Ave. SW) for a moment of reverie as well as positivity for a brighter year ahead. Your presence has made this monthly series something special -& always different than the last, and we look forward to creating another year of peaceful and contemplative gatherings at St. John's together with you. 🕊️
