Join Douglas and Lotus Sound Bath at the free monthly sound healing series at the Cathedral of St. John, downtown ABQ. This event is held the first Monday of most months and offers a wonderful way to experience sound healing for the first -or 100th time, and to introduce others to the experience in a serene and beautiful surrounding with excellent acoustics. It's free so bring friends and family and join us to unplug (to recharge!), for a contemplative, meditative, and wonderfully relaxing gathering. Everyone's welcome and we always love welcoming you at St. John's! 🕊️

Parking and entrance on East side (Silver & 3rd). Extra parking in adjoining lot to South, accessed from Lead Ave. Please arrive early, if possible, bring yoga mat -or- comforters, pillow, light blanket etc. per your comfort. Eye masks available. And there is plenty of seating. Avoid strong fragrances, and please NO recording during session. Thank You!
