My next prenatal yoga session starts June 2nd. This special 4-week series will give you skills to cope with pregnancy discomforts and prepare your body for labor and birth. You will learn to relax more and feel your best during your pregnancy.

Prenatal yoga-next 6 week session starts January 21st

Birthday Doula availability-I am open for late March-early May due dates.

Postpartum Doula availability-I will be available for postpartum clients starting in early/mid January.

Private childbirth education and pregnancy support-Also available starting early/mid January.

This weekend marked 1 year of being in business!

My goals for my first year were to make the business sustainable and to start supporting birth clients and I’m happy to say I have met both of those goals.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me during your pregnancy, birth or postpartum journey! I can’t wait for year 2!
