A beautiful example of prioritizing the health of your skin 🤩

The photo on the left was taken last year on my 31st birthday. I wasn’t taking the best care of my skin, my daily habits weren’t what they are today and I wasn’t receiving monthly maintenance facials. The two stacked photos were taken within the last month. This is proof that a consistent skin care routine, daily health and wellness habits like minimizing alcohol, working out, getting an adequate amount of sleep, monthly facials (and 20 units of Botox 🤭) can do for your skin. I decided to really put my knowledge of skincare to the test and focus on small daily habits to create the skin I wanted and worked hard for it. Consistency is always key to achieving your skincare goals 🫶🏼
