🌿 Please help us welcome Dustin Salazar, LMHC, to the Enso Healing Therapy team! 🌿

Dustin is a licensed mental health counselor who provides trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to adolescents and adults. He supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, substance use–related concerns, and complex relational stress.

Dustin integrates DBT, EMDR, and CRAFT to help clients build emotional regulation skills, process trauma, and strengthen relationships. His approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

With a strong focus on safety, empowerment, and practical skill-building, Dustin works alongside clients to create meaningful, sustainable change in a therapeutic space where they feel seen, supported, and capable of growth.

As the year turns and the echoes of gathering soften, we return—slowly—to our daily rhythms. Like winter branches resting before bloom, this season invites reflection, release, and quiet renewal.

In the spirit of the Japanese New Year, a time for misogi (cleansing) and intention, we honor all that this transition may hold: gratitude and grief, rest and resolve, joy and uncertainty, endings and beginnings.
