🎃 Halloween & Mental Health Reminder 🕯️
Halloween can be a lot of fun — costumes, parties, scares, and creativity everywhere! But it can also be overwhelming for some. Loud noises, crowds, frightening imagery, or pressure to join in can take a toll on mental well-being.
💭 Here are a few gentle reminders:
It’s okay if you’re not in the mood to celebrate.
You don’t have to wear a costume or go out if it doesn’t feel right.
If certain themes or decorations trigger anxiety, set boundaries — skip that event, mute that chat, or stay home with a cozy movie instead.
Check in on your friends — holidays can be hard for many people in ways we don’t always see.
This season, let’s make space for fun and mental health. You deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for — whether you’re trick-or-treating, staying in with a blanket, or something in between. 💚
