Resilient Roots Yoga is a weekly closed group held at Blue Fox Wellness, intentionally created to support those navigating anxiety, PTSD, and nervous system dysregulation. This offering combines gentle, somatic-based movement with accessible nervous system education, helping you understand not just how to move, but why your body responds the way it does.
Each week, we’ll explore practices that build safety in the body, strengthen the mind–body connection, and support regulation through breath, movement, and awareness. The closed-group format allows for continuity, trust, and a deeper sense of connection as we grow resilience together over time.
