We want to give a huge shout-out and an even bigger CONGRATULATIONS to Jessica! 🎉

Jessica began her journey with We Need to Talk and More as a student, completing her very first graduate school rotation with us. She then officially joined our team as an ASL, completed her final graduate school rotation with us, and proudly graduated with her Master’s degree in December! 🎓

This January, she takes her next exciting step as she begins her Clinical Fellowship with us—and we couldn’t be more thrilled. We are so proud of Jessica and all that she has accomplished. Watching her grow both personally and professionally has been truly inspiring, and we can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings as we continue this journey together! 💙✨
