Did you know that as part of your NMHCA/NMCAL membership, your team has access to free video training resources available directly on our website? These trainings are designed to help your team members grow professionally and enhance the quality of care provided in your communities. One featured training is the Blueprint for Falls Prevention Program (15-Part Series). This comprehensive program totals 8 hours of training, with each video approximately 30 minutes in length, making it easy to fit learning into busy schedules.
✔️ Continuing education hours are available for nurses, nursing home administrators, and activity directors through our online testing system.
✔️ Facilities may set up accounts if you don’t already have one.
❗ Individual accounts are discouraged, if you are not currently working in a facility, please contact NMHCA to discuss your options.

We encourage our members to take advantage of these valuable resources to support staff development and strengthen care across New Mexico’s long-term care communities.
