At State of the Heart Recovery, we know that overcoming addiction takes collaboration, compassion, and innovative solutions. That’s why we’re thrilled to partner with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department for Operation Route 66, a bold initiative aimed at making a real difference in our community!

Together, we are taking a proactive approach to addressing addiction, homelessness, and crime in our community. By combining resources, expertise, and outreach efforts, we hope to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with substance use while also improving public safety.

This initiative will allow us to reach individuals at a critical moment, offering treatment, support, and a path to recovery instead of continued cycles of incarceration. We know that real change starts with real opportunities, and through this partnership, we aim to create a safer, healthier Albuquerque for all. A New Model for Mental Health

State of the Heart Recovery Center (SHRC) is a non-profit, all-inclusive treatment center for substance abuse (including opioid addiction). We are unique in that our holistic approach addresses all aspects of an individual’s emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Our programs incorporate traditional evidence-based treatments (e.g., group therapy and individual counseling), cutting-edge technology (e.g., 24/7 outreach support through mobile apps with integrated biometric feedback), and self-care therapies (e.g., massage and group fitness).

In addition with helping clients navigate recovery, we also lay the groundwork for successful reintegration into a sober lifestyle. Our case managers work with individual clients to provide employment, educational, housing, and nutritional guidance. We ensure our clients have the tools to succeed and to become a member of our community.
