The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services CY 2026 Home Health proposed rule represents a devastating blow to Medicare beneficiaries’ access to essential home-based care. We’re taking action.

The support for Medicare home health is vast. Bipartisan Members of Congress, over 150 broader healthcare community organizations, and state leaders have shared their letters of support.

The Alliance thanks the care at home community for using its voice to defend access to care in the home.
