El Hatha Yoga es una práctica tradicional que combina posturas físicas (asanas), ejercicios de respiración (pranayama) y momentos de relajación y meditación para equilibrar cuerpo y mente. Es una clase accesible para todos los niveles, ideal para quienes buscan mejorar su flexibilidad, fortalecer su cuerpo, reducir el estrés y conectar con el momento presente.

Durante la sesión, se trabajan posturas de forma consciente, prestando atención a la alineación, la respiración y la presencia. Es un estilo pausado que permite profundizar en cada postura, mejorar la concentración y fomentar el bienestar general.

• Mejora la postura y la flexibilidad
• Aumenta la fuerza muscular
• Disminuye el estrés y la ansiedad
• Fomenta la conexión cuerpo-mente

This session will be led by Kula Yoga ABQ's Fiore, a trauma-informed educator, yoga teacher, and community advocate.
We will explore frameworks of rest and collective care and introduce body-centered practices to reclaim rest and build individual and community resilience.
