We are pleased to announce Jon Osborne as PERIKIN’s Chief Executive Officer.
Jon brings deep operational experience, a strong understanding of our people and mission, and a clear vision for the future as he leads PERIKIN into its next chapter. Throughout his 20-year career, he has led large, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, program management, operations, finance, contracts, and business development, responsible for both technical ex*****on and enterprise performance. His leadership experience includes directing division-level and company-wide operations, overseeing major contract portfolios, developing strategic growth plans, managing budgets and workforce planning, and building management teams capable of executing complex missions at scale.
At PERIKIN, Jon drives growth through disciplined strategy ex*****on resulting in major contract awards, expanding into new mission areas, modernizing operations, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner to government, industry, and academia. He believes deeply in building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence, where people are empowered, and performance is consistently elevated.
Jon’s leadership philosophy is centered on aligning people and strategy to create sustainable growth. His objective is simple: deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers, invest in our people, and build an organization that endures.
